Cattle Guard (Distance) Warning Signs | National Forest Service
Cattle guard steel grates may present unique problems for motorcycles, snowmobiles, and bicycles. Evaluate the cattle guard approach from both directions. Depending on sight distance, the signs may be needed on one or both approach legs. Specify the distance for the Cattle Guard Warning Sign when ordering.
